The Government of the Republic of Moldova approved the exchange of forest fund land plots between the state and the city of Cimișlia. According to the decision, a state-owned plot of 2.5 hectares (cadastre 29013220385) will be transferred to the city, and in return, an equal-sized plot (cadastre 29121060333) owned by Cimișlia will be transferred to state ownership. The exchange is carried out on the basis of the Forestry Code and laws on the management of public property. The Ministry of Environment, through the agency “Moldsilva”, is tasked with signing the exchange contract, and together with the mayor of Cimișlia, ensuring the transfer of the lands within 30 days.
