Task:
Obtain a birth certificate for Italian authorities.
Problem:
Italian state authorities refused to accept the document with an electronic Moldovan apostille without a wet seal, which is simply printed. But there is no other option.
Solution found:
The document and apostille were translated into Italian and bound with a notary’s certification (seal and signature). The document was accepted.

The client contacted us regarding the export of a crane from the territory of Transnistria to the territory of Ukraine
Task:
Deliver the crane to the destination point – Odessa without tax duties.
Problem:
The Transnistrian enterprise, on whose balance sheet the crane is listed, like all Transnistrian enterprises, is considered illegal.
Solution found:
Temporary registration of the enterprise in Moldova, obtaining a fiscal code. Drawing up a crane lease agreement and its export through Moldovan customs.
