Order No. 84 updates the list of light industry enterprises entitled to VAT exemption with the right to deduction when providing services for active processing of goods on the customs territory of Moldova. Two new economic agents have been added to the list — “CEDATEX-PRO” S.R.L. and “COSTA SMERALDA” S.R.L. They have been assigned serial numbers 1331 and 1332, and the types of services under contracts are specified for them. For example, the company “CEDATEX-PRO” will perform services of type 14.3 under a contract dated March 5, 2026. The basis for the changes is Government Decision No. 519/2004, which regulates the procedure for compiling and administering such lists.
