The Parliament adopted Law No. 99 on the ratification of the Agreement on Social Security between the Republic of Moldova and Canada, signed in Ottawa on March 13, 2026. The document obliges the Government and other state institutions to take measures to implement the provisions of the agreement, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to notify the Canadian side of the ratification. The law enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Monitor.
