The Parliament adopted Law No. 100 on the ratification of the Agreement with Ukraine in the field of social security, signed in Chisinau on March 19, 2026. The document is intended to coordinate the social protection systems of the two countries with regard to citizens working in the territory of the other state. The Government is tasked with implementing the necessary measures to fulfill the agreements, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will notify the Ukrainian side of the completion of ratification. The law enters into force on the day of its publication, June 4, 2026.
