The Board of Directors of the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) adopted Decision No. 371, approving new regulated tariffs for ancillary services provided by Premier Energy Distribution. The decision is based on the provisions of the Electricity Law No. 164 of June 26, 2025, and the Tariff Calculation Methodology, and enters into force on the date of official publication in the “Official Monitor”. At the same time, the previous ANRE Decision No. 485 of August 5, 2025, has been repealed. The approved tariffs are contained in the annex to the document and may be appealed within 30 days after publication.
