The Government of Moldova amended Annex No. 2 to Resolution No. 796/2016, which regulates the activities of the Administrative Board of the National Social Insurance House. According to the amendments, the board will be convened at least once a quarter, as well as at the initiative of the chairperson, the Director General of the NSIH, or at the request of at least half of the members. Meeting materials will now be sent by email at least three working days in advance. In addition, informational documents that do not require discussion or a decision may be communicated to board members by email without convening a meeting. The document enters into force upon publication in the “Official Monitor”.
