The Security and Intelligence Service of Moldova issued Order No. 31 amending the consolidated list of persons, groups and organizations involved in terrorist activities and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. The document supplemented the “Individuals” section with ten new entries, including such well-known figures as Khaled Mashal, Musa Abu Marzouk and Zaher Jabarin. The update was based on laws on combating terrorism and money laundering. Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the head of the SIS Anti-Terrorism Center. The order is subject to publication in the “Official Monitor”.
