The Executive Committee of the National Bank of Moldova decided to reissue the license of ASTERRA GRUP, operating in the field of general insurance. A new class has been added to the document – guarantee insurance (direct guarantees). The basis was the insurer’s application dated February 24, 2026, and verification of the submitted documents for compliance with legal requirements. The regulator found no grounds for refusal provided for by the licensing regulations. Thus, ASTERRA GRUP received the right to provide guarantee insurance services, expanding its product line.
