The National Commission for the Financial Market (CNPF) adopted a decision to exclude from the register of issuers the securities previously issued by the enterprise with foreign capital “LEMI INVEST” S.A. The reason was the reorganization of the company by transformation into a limited liability company “LEMI INVEST”. This concerns 30,000 ordinary registered shares with identification number MD14LEMI1004. The decision enters into force upon adoption and may be appealed within 30 days.
