The National Commission for the Financial Market (CNPF) approved the application of the company “C.I. BEEYOND INVESTMENTS” and made changes to the Register of Investment Advisors. The organization’s legal address has been changed from 15 Mihai Eminescu Street to 91 Alexandru Hâjdeu Street in the municipality of Chișinău. The decision was made in accordance with the Law on CNPF, the Law on the Capital Market, and relevant regulations. It enters into force from the moment of adoption and may be challenged within 30 days. Control over execution is assigned to the Capital Market Department.
