The State Tax Service of Moldova has amended the form of the certificate of registration of a VAT taxable person and the application for registration as a VAT payer. The new form was approved by Order No. 294 of June 4, 2026, which modifies Appendix No. 1 to the previous IFPS Order No. 392/2015. The document was signed by the head of the service, Olga Golban. The order enters into force upon its official publication in the “Monitorul Oficial”. The basis for the changes was Article 132^3 of the Tax Code.
