President of Moldova Maia Sandu signed a decree promulgating Law No. 88 of May 28, 2026. The document denounces the Agreement on the Establishment of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS Countries. After the official publication of the law, Moldova will cease to be a participant in this fund. This decision continues the republic’s line of reducing participation in the structures of the Commonwealth.
