The Government approved the list of budget allocations for projects under the «Diaspora Acasă Reușește „DAR 1+3“» Program for 2026. Financing of the program activities will be carried out by the Ministry of Finance based on payment documents submitted by fund recipients to the regional treasuries. The State Chancellery, through the Bureau for Diaspora Relations, is obliged to submit to the Ministry of Finance and the Evaluation and Oversight Committee an annual report on the implementation of the program by March 1, 2027, as well as to inform the Government and civil society about its impact. The decision enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Monitor.
