Certificate of Matrimonial Responsibility (certificate of no impediment to marriage). Issued by the authorized civil registry offices of the Republic of Moldova.
It is usually required for marriage with a foreigner. Most often requested for marriages of Moldovan citizens with Germans (citizens of Germany). It is often confused with a civil status certificate.
