The Government of Moldova adopted Decision No. 305, regulating the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Environment. The document approved the regulation on the ministry, the structure of the central apparatus, and the list of subordinate bodies. The staffing level of the ministry is set at 118 units, with positions for four state secretaries, a secretary general, and his deputy. At the same time, the maximum staffing level of the National Agency for Nuclear and Radiological Activity Regulation was reduced from 18 to 15 units, and its powers were adjusted. Changes were also made to the regulation of the Agency “Moldsilva”.
