The National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE) approved the basic costs for the municipal enterprise “Apă – Canal” Ocnița for 2026. The decision was made in accordance with Law No. 303/2013 on the public water supply and sewerage service and the Methodology for tariff approval. The document establishes separate cost limits for water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment. The basis was the enterprise’s applications and the conclusion of the relevant ANRE department.
