The National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) on June 16, 2026 adopted Decision No. 370, which approved the base costs of the gas transmission system operator S.R.L. “Vestmoldtransgaz” for the base year 2026. According to the document, the expenses include: material costs — 1.51 million lei, labor costs — 34.31 million lei, third-party services — 6.73 million lei and administrative expenses — 3.35 million lei. The decision was adopted based on the Energy Law No. 174/2017, the Natural Gas Law No. 108/2016 and the Methodology for calculating gas transmission tariffs. The decision may be appealed to ANRE within 30 days after publication in the “Official Monitor”. The approved values will become the basis for determining regulated tariffs for natural gas transportation for all consumers.
