The Ministry of Education and Research issued Order No. 1043 of June 2, 2026, which temporarily accredited/authorized the activity of bachelor’s degree programs at the Ion Creangă State Pedagogical University. The decision was made based on the results of an external quality assessment conducted by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research. The university is obliged to implement the recommendations contained in the assessment reports, and the agency will monitor their implementation. The order instructs the higher education policy management to take these results into account when allocating budget-funded admission places. Control over implementation is entrusted to State Secretary Adriana Cazacu-Țigaie.
