Yasal hale getirmeyi d\u00fczenleyen temel uluslararas\u0131 belge, basitle\u015ftirilmi\u015f yasal hale getirme hakk\u0131ndaki 1961 Lahey S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi’dir.<\/span>Belgenin, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi imzalayan \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda dola\u015f\u0131mda olmas\u0131 durumunda, belgenin yasalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 basitle\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir prosed\u00fcre g\u00f6re ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir: yetkili makamlar belgeye uluslararas\u0131 standartta bir damga basar ve yasalla\u015ft\u0131rma bu \u015fekilde tamamlanm\u0131\u015f say\u0131l\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, yasalla\u015ft\u0131rma gerektirmeyen veya yasalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ek devlet kurumlar\u0131yla koordinasyon gerektiren birka\u00e7 \u00f6zel belge t\u00fcr\u00fc daha bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.
