Lagen ratificerar \u00c4ndring nr 1 till kreditavtalet mellan Moldavien och EBRD f\u00f6r projektet &#8221;V\u00e4grehabilitering i Moldavien V&#8221;. \u00c4ndringen \u00e4ndrar finansieringsvillkoren f\u00f6r infrastrukturprojektet. Ratificeringen ger \u00e4ndringen r\u00e4ttslig verkan p\u00e5 nationell niv\u00e5 och m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r fortsatt genomf\u00f6rande av projektet.
