Conform documentului, cheltuielile includ: costuri materiale \u2014 1,51 milioane lei, costuri salariale \u2014 34,31 milioane lei, servicii ale ter\u021bilor \u2014 6,73 milioane lei \u0219i cheltuieli administrative \u2014 3,35 milioane lei. Decizia a fost adoptat\u0103 \u00een baza Legii energiei nr. 174\/2017, Legii gazelor naturale nr. 108\/2016 \u0219i Metodologiei de calcul al tarifelor pentru transportul gazelor. Hot\u0103r\u00e2rea poate fi contestat\u0103 la ANRE \u00een termen de 30 de zile de la publicarea \u00een \u201eMonitorul Oficial\u201d.
