De reden was de reorganisatie van het bedrijf door omzetting in een besloten vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid \u00abLEMI INVEST\u00bb. Het gaat om 30.000 gewone aandelen op naam met identificatienummer MD14LEMI1004.
