Het nieuwe formulier is goedgekeurd bij besluit nr. 294 van 4 juni 2026, dat bijlage nr. 1 bij het eerdere IFPS-besluit nr. 392\/2015 wijzigt. Het document is ondertekend door de directeur van de dienst, Olga Golban. Het besluit treedt in werking op het moment van offici\u00eble publicatie in de &#8220;Monitorul Oficial&#8221;.
