De maatregel is genomen op basis van een kennisgeving van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken en het besluit van de Interdepartementale Toezichtsraad nr. 7 van 01.08.2024, overeenkomstig de Wet op de toepassing van internationale beperkende maatregelen. De blokkering heeft betrekking op 49.809 aandelen (4,981% van het maatschappelijk kapitaal) van BC \u00abBanca Social\u0103\u00bb SA, die zich in liquidatie bevindt. De uitvoering van het besluit is opgedragen aan de registerhouder \u00abSoliditate\u00bb SA; het document kan binnen 30 dagen worden aangevochten.
