The new form was approved by Order No. 294 of June 4, 2026, which modifies Appendix No. 1 to the previous IFPS Order No. 392\/2015. The document was signed by the head of the service, Olga Golban. The order enters into force upon its official publication in the &#8220;Monitorul Oficial&#8221;.
