The document was signed in Chi\u0219in\u0103u on December 19, 2025, and amends the original agreement of January 22, 2024. The law obliges the government to take the necessary measures to fulfill the terms of the agreement, the Ministry of Justice to submit a legal opinion to the EBRD, and the Ministry of Finance to notify the bank of the ratification. The law enters into force on the date of its publication in the &#8220;Official Monitor&#8221;.
