The measure was taken based on a notification from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Decision No. 7 of the Interagency Supervisory Board of 01.08.2024, in accordance with the Law on the Application of International Restrictive Measures. The freeze covers 49,809 shares (4.981% of the share capital) of BC \u00abBanca Social\u0103\u00bb SA, which is in the process of liquidation. The execution of the decision is entrusted to the registrar \u00abSoliditate\u00bb SA; the document may be appealed within 30 days.
