The document was adopted in implementation of Law No. 107\/2025 on environmental liability and enters into force upon publication in the Official Monitor (June 18, 2026). Operators conducting activities according to Annex No. 1 to the Law on Industrial Emissions are required to conduct an environmental risk assessment within six months after the regulation enters into force.
