The document was developed in accordance with Law No. 107\/2025 on environmental liability regarding the prevention and remediation of environmental damage. The methodology defines the procedure for calculating harm caused to nature and will be applied in the implementation of the law. Control over the execution of the resolution is entrusted to the Ministry of Environment.
