The law ratifies Amendment No. 1 to the credit agreement between Moldova and the EBRD for the project &#8220;Road Rehabilitation in Moldova V&#8221;. The amendment changes the financing conditions of the infrastructure project. Ratification gives the amendment legal force at the national level and allows the project implementation to continue.
