(affected)<\/li><\/ul><p>The Executive Committee of the National Bank of Moldova decided to reissue the license of ASTERRA GRUP, operating in the field of general insurance. A new class has been added to the document \u2013 guarantee insurance (direct guarantees). The basis was the insurer&#8217;s application dated February 24, 2026, and verification of the submitted documents for compliance with legal requirements. The regulator found no grounds for refusal provided for by the licensing regulations.
