(affected); Societatea cu r\u0103spundere limitat\u0103 \u201eLEMI INVEST\u201d (affected)<\/li><\/ul><p>The National Commission for the Financial Market (CNPF) adopted a decision to exclude from the register of issuers the securities previously issued by the enterprise with foreign capital &#8220;LEMI INVEST&#8221; S.A. The reason was the reorganization of the company by transformation into a limited liability company &#8220;LEMI INVEST&#8221;. This concerns 30,000 ordinary registered shares with identification number MD14LEMI1004.
