The corresponding share acquisition agreement has already been signed and is awaiting approval from the country&#8217;s competition council.<\/p>\n<p>Orange Moldova acquired 100% of Sun Communications&#8217; shares in order to develop the market in the Republic of Moldova. The company&#8217;s main goal is to introduce a service that includes mobile and fixed telephony, as well as television.<\/p>\n<p>Sun Communications was founded in 1994. Its services are used by nearly 100,000 people.
