State Registration Procedure<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"text-xl font-semibold mb-2\">Competent Authority: Public Services Agency (PSA)<\/h3>\n<p class=\"mb-4\">\n                All legal entities, including branches of NGOs, are registered with the <strong>Public Services Agency (PSA)<\/strong>.\n            <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-xl font-semibold mb-2\">Step-by-Step Instructions:<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"list-decimal list-inside mb-4\">\n<li class=\"list-item\"><strong>Submission of Application:<\/strong> In person, by email (with an electronic signature), or by registered mail.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\"><strong>Payment for Services:<\/strong> Through the state electronic payment system.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\"><strong>Review:<\/strong> The PSA checks the documents for compliance with the law.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\"><strong>Issuance of Decision:<\/strong> If everything is in order, the PSA issues a registration decision. It must specify: the full name of the branch, its legal address, types of activities, and the name of the responsible person.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\"><strong>Founding documents of the branch<\/strong> (e.g., Branch Regulations) in two copies. This means that Ukrainian documents are accepted in Moldova without the need for an apostille.\n            <\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4\">\n                However, these treaties <strong>do not create a separate, simplified, or expedited registration procedure<\/strong> specifically for Ukrainian NGOs.
