Juni 2026 die Verordnung Nr. 370 erlassen, mit der die Basiskosten des Betreibers des Gastransportsystems S.R.L. \u00abVestmoldtransgaz\u00bb f\u00fcr das Basisjahr 2026 genehmigt wurden. Dem Dokument zufolge umfassen die Ausgaben: Materialkosten \u2013 1,51 Mio. Lei, Personalkosten \u2013 34,31 Mio. Lei, Dienstleistungen Dritter \u2013 6,73 Mio. Lei und Verwaltungskosten \u2013 3,35 Mio. Lei. Die Entscheidung wurde auf der Grundlage des Energiewirtschaftsgesetzes Nr. 174\/2017, des Erdgasgesetzes Nr. 108\/2016 und der Methodik zur Berechnung der Gastransporttarife getroffen. Die Verordnung kann innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Ver\u00f6ffentlichung im \u00abAmtsblatt\u00bb bei der ANRE angefochten werden.
