Dokumentet forpligter regeringen og andre statslige institutioner til at tr\u00e6ffe foranstaltninger til gennemf\u00f8relse af aftalens bestemmelser, og udenrigsministeriet til at underrette den canadiske side om ratifikationen. Loven tr\u00e6der i kraft p\u00e5 dagen for offentligg\u00f8relsen i Lovtidende.
